DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

After hiring the marriage proposal service, the client will receive a personalized schedule stating the date of the event.

If the client wishes to cancel the marriage proposal consultancy contract, the refund will be 100% if made within 15 days of the event date. If it happens after 15 days, there will be no refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, we will work with our customers to find the best possible solution.
