STEP BY STEP: From booking to ordering - Request the date you would like the proposal to take place on our calendar. - Upon receiving your request, we check the team's schedules and send you an email confirming your date or offering new date options. - If your date is available, you'll receive payment information (we accept credit cards, bank slips, and PIX). - Upon confirming payment, you'll receive our digital welcome package, which contains, in addition to the exclusive NYC Trips for Two eBook, our preview of the action plan for the day of the request, and other optional extras. - At this point, our schedule is also available if you'd like to schedule a video call to discuss details. All communication can also be conducted via email and/or WhatsApp—whichever works best for you. - Once our action plan is ready and you approve it, all professionals involved will receive a copy and instructions for the day. - Throughout the coordination process up until the day of the request, you'll have access to our WhatsApp and all the support you need regarding this event. - We leave the choice of the ring and the speech to you =)
