STEP BY STEP: From booking to ordering - Request the date you'd like the order to take place on our calendar. - Upon receiving your request, we'll check the schedules of our team members and send you an email with confirmation or new date options. - If your date is available, you'll receive payment information (we accept credit cards, bank slips, and PIX). - Upon confirmation of payment, you'll receive our digital welcome package, which contains, in addition to the exclusive NYC Tour Tips eBook, our preview of the proposal day action plan, and other optional extras. - At this time, our calendar is also available if you'd like to schedule a video call to discuss details. All communication can also be conducted via email and/or WhatsApp—whichever works best for you. - Once our action plan is ready and you approve it, all professionals involved will receive a copy and the necessary instructions for the day. - Throughout the coordination process up until the proposal day, you'll have access to our WhatsApp and all the support you need regarding this event. - We'll leave the ring selection and speech to you =)
